1. Privacy Policy – we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

2. Delivery Policy –  For goods for use in hospitals, goods are delivered against a recognized hospital purchase order. Dot Medical delivers goods generally by the most expeditious means which is usually courier but can also be by post. Invoices are raised for said goods against the purchase order and standard credit terms are 30 days. The company reserved the right to apply a bank interest rate at 1% above the bank lending rate if hospitals default on payment but this is at the discretion the Dot Medical.

3. Refund / Cancellation Policy – 
Our ISO 13485 certification prevents us from exchanging goods which have been out of the direct control of Dot Medical. Refunds are provided at the discretion of Dot Medical management.
